Drop off at any carrier location. We cover all return shipping costs within the continental US.

Return Conditions
To qualify for a full refund, your Biiper should be:
In working condition (normal wear from testing is fine)
Returned with all included accessories
Free of major physical damage
We're reasonable. Light scratches from outdoor use are expected and won't affect your refund. We just want the device back in resellable condition.
