By accessing or using Biiper products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our products.
2. Product Use
Biiper devices are designed for off-grid communication. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding radio communication in their jurisdiction.
3. Warranty
Biiper products come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
4. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
5. Limitation of Liability
Biiper is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
